History

Established since 1993, ITR Australia(formerly iT Ricosys) have been servicing the information systems needs of our clients from various industries including manufacturing, mining, accountancy, retail and transport.

Founded by Richard Magalad, former staff member of State Bank Victoria's Information Systems Department where he worked various departments in foreign exchange, treasury, retail branches and credit cards, which provided an extensive understanding on how technology is used for different environments, then in a dual-position in an accountancy firm as the Systems Administrator and as an accountant.

Four years in this position revealed the market to offer IT services to the SME market, hence the start of ITR Australia.
Over a decade has passed and we are still focused in this market as we continue to offer best practices services often only founded in the enterprise market.
